Well, not quite.  It asks that USL/whoever update their documentation
and publicity to give proper credit, and *failing that*, to revoke the
license.  As others have commented, it's most likely a disguised request
to settle the cases between the parties.  Kinda like patent
cross-licensing (you license all ours, we'll license all yours, we drop
the suits, no cash settlement, and the lawyers get salaries from us :-).
