You don't (usually). Ufs keeps itsself unfragmented as much as possible.
Whenever fragmentation gets to big, you can renewfs the disk and 
restioe a backu

Try to looik at /etc/netstart. You have to make a line for th ne0 interface.
I think you still have the we0 interface.

RTFM (sendmail. Bsically you have a configfile, sendmail.cf, and you make
a sendmail.fc. I think they are found in /etc

Did you run the command as root? (config I mean)
