And as well as the new DB code, we've incorporated the work Adam Glass
did and have sendmail 8.3 in the tree to replace the older buggy
sendmail version that was supplied on the Net/2 tape.  (They're up to
8.5 already, sheesh, I just went from 8.1C -> 8.3 in the tree Monday...)
