Yes, you can have four. You should have an ide controller with which you can change the io adresses (the irq can be changed 'manually'). You just need the correct driver. No it won't work under dos, because the bios only supports one controller, at io 0x1f0, irq 14. I am using the barsoom wd driver but still have some problems: the first drive in one copntroller is both recognizes as the first and as the second driver at the controller, while the second disk seems to be ignored.
