I'm in the market for a SCSI controller for my NetBSD system, and I'm
interested in getting reccomendations or comments from people using
different SCSI controllers under *BSD. I had been leaning towards the
Adaptec 1542C (since the 1542B is becoming somewhat of a rarity on
stores nowadays), but a recent comment by cgd has me a bit leery.

If you're running a SCSI-BSD system, please, could you e-mail me which
controller you're using, and any comments you have? If there is enough
"Me Too" replies, I'll post a summary.

Thanks,

ja.
