Thanks for making this available. There appears to be a mistake in the
man page unless I have misunderstood. (In which case it is, by definition,
an ambiguity :-)

The asyncmap <map> option is described as follows:

"The lowest bit (i.e. 00000001) represents the character 0x01 or ^A.
The highest bit (i.e. 80000000) represents the character 0x1f or ^_."

Surely it should be possible to escape the null character 0x0?

Also BTW, the "SEE ALSO" section has typos describing RFCs 1331 to
1333 as 1131 to 1133.
