I spoke too soon. The latest version of "IXOCICO/TPAGE" is still waiting to
go out on comp.sources.unix. I'm negotiating with the author over his lack of
a Makefile and the changes I had to make to write one for him. Since the
license prevents me from distributing modified versions of the software without
permission, I can't just send it out with my Makefile until Tom gets back to
me.
