I suspect that Keith will be receiving his mail in postal sacks over
the next week or so....  (My check is in the mail, too...)

Remember what happened with _The New Hacker's Dictionary_?  With a lot
of help from net.publicity, I think Eric said that the book has sold
about 12,000 copies.  While we can't expect the BSD source tape (at
$1000 a pop) to be in that high a demand, there are probably quite a
lot of people who will be sending in whatever they can afford, now
that Keith has given them the address....
