I have used 386bsd, NetBsd and BSDI.

I kept NetBsd with XS3.

One annoying bug in BSDI is that it crashes the system if I don't pipe
the output to a file when I start the X server.
And its new X server also does not restore the screen properly upon exiting.

I can installed NetBsd in about 30 minutes or less. such is not the case
with BSDI. I can just download the latest gcc from sunvis.rtpnc.epa,etc..

Also, we have ported many packages so downloading to 386bsd is a breeze.
Granted I can do the same with BSDI but why should I bother?

As for the performance of the VM system just wait when 0.2 comes (big smile)

P.S.: just installed digicom systems 96+ which is a software upgradable modem
and downloaded to my modem (from dos :-( ) the 14kb support and V42bis support.
Later on the year I will download to my modem v.fast !!

That is all for now folks!

Cheers,
Amancio
