One of the things that I have been doing of late is preparing the FAQ
for wider dissemination. In addition, I have also automated chunks of
FAQ_00 and FAQ_01 so that they are processed and pieces that I have no
control over (the archie list, for example) are included with up to the
minute information.

I think that FAQ_00 would probably fulfill the FAQ of the FAQ document
you are looking for, especially now that it includes a complete
index/TOC as its last section. On the outside chance that this is the
Right Thing, I will send a copy of it to cgd to be posted in
c.o.3.announce.

NOTE: There are still several sections of this beast that are not
complete, and Mr. Kamens asked that I not post it to comp.answers while
it was a 'work in progress'. If anyone would like to take on a section,
you can always FTP them from hrd769.brooks.af.mil (the same place I have
the QIC-80 stuff).
