Err, I meant pk 0.2.3 of course.  And in response to a message where someone
asked me to ftp out of my machine and see the throuput, I reply:
If everything (slattach, stty) is set to 9600 baud, I get the expected
throughput.  But if I up it to 19.2 or 38.4k, sending data out over ftp
will cause the system to HANG and require a power cycle to restart it.
