There's a binary and source distribution. It is not clear from the docs that come with it wether or not the patches are applied; however, I have looked for them in the source supplied and it looks like they haven't. I've been trying to compile the textedit program without success. After applying the patches, I get errors finding some of the RPC routines [sorry, I don't remember offhand which; it was 3 a.m. and I haven't gotten back to it...] I've compiled several other things under it and they seem to work fine.
