You should really tell us i) your intent, and ii) the command you
invoked. (Otherwise, the best answer to your question were RTFM:-)

Certainly not. I've been surprised ufs diskettes prepared on an SVR4
work under 386bsd (though fsck give two warnings), but that's still
the same h/w architecture. Unlike Sparc.
