Okay, I am working on converting everything to the new tty interface and
in the process making the system 8 bit clean, and 8 bit only.  If this is
going to be a problem with anybody, PLEASE let me know so I can find some
kludge to allow 7 bits (for whatever god forsaken reason).  I will post
the patches, or hopefully Chris will allow me in the development team
and maybe we can incorporate them in the future releases of NetBSD.
