The current version of my codrv is codrv-0.1.2-110593.tar.z, e.g. from
ftp.uni-duisburg.de:/pub/unix/386bsd-0.1/unofficial/codrv.
The same directory also has files x[cm]_012.z which are tar files with
a suitable color/mono xserver and a kbd_mode "replacement" :-)
(Look into this archive to understand the smiley).
codrv-0.1.2 has been reported to run with NetBSD-0.8, but needs a fix
for vm_mmap.c to run the xserver correctly. Several problems due to
changed data and filestructure layouts have been reported for NetBSD-0.8a.
Since I do not run NetBSD, and am not willing to follow all the
major and minor modifications in the NetBSD sources all day, I leave the
job to port codrv-0.1.2 to another operating system to anyone else
who is interested in this. I would however be willing to collect the
changes and coordinate them into a codrv-NetBSD update, but I cannot
supply probably special configured kernels for NetBSD.
