Of those mentioned, All but IBM, SCO, and Apple can use FFS.  They are not
mount time interchangable because of byte order, disklabel, volume info
struct, and structure alignment issues, which are not considered to be
protability issues when moving FFS to another system (it may be to your
advantage to have your system mount someone else's disks, but it's not
to your advantage to let them mount yours, and given conversion overhead,
byte order conversion will make your benchmarks look bad comparatively
when mounting a foreign disk).

Please post your result back to this group (comp.unix.bsd) as well, since
FFS had BSD origins in any case.
