Subject: printcap for serial printer?

Has anyone succeeded in setting the serial port to 8N1 through
the printcap flag controls?

I have tried this in /etc/printcap.
lp|local line printer:\
	:lp=/dev/com0:sd=/var/spool/lpd:lf=/var/log/lpd-errs:\
	:br#9600:fs#0x00000300:fc#0x00001000:

if I stty the port directly (for 8N1 and 9600 bps) and then cat a file, it
works ok.

Thanks netters,

Scott
