Just put (max 4 lines of) text in your $HOME directory in a file named
..signature, chmod 644 .signature and off you go. There are good reasons
not to put any more than four lines, read news.announce.newusers for the
gory details.

This, of course, is approriate question to be asked in comp.unix.bsd as
the difference between LSD and BSD is so miniscule ('L' - 'B' == 10).
