I have just purchased and installed the Adaptec 1542C SCSI contoller.
   ( port 0x330 irq 11 dma 5 )

Installation of the Tiny 386BSD Installation diskette proceeds
smoothly, until <install> attempts to boot from hard disk... it just
hangs after the bios is read...

I HAVE read the Installation notes, the FAQ and all else...

    - I CAN mount the newly installed filesystem from as0a...
    - I can NOT find pub/386BSD/386bsd-0.1/unofficial/newbootables.cgd...
    - I can NOT find out how to disable my local IDE bus...

1. Is there a dist.fs available that will boot from hard file using 1542C?
2. How do I disable my local IDE bus? (Do I need to?)

PLEASE help.
