How do you specify to lpr to translate any LF's it sees in a file
by sending them out to the printer as CR+LF?  I thought it was
:ty=nl: in the printcap, but this doesn't work.  I have even
taken to sending out the HP PCL command for this translation as
a printcap command:

:ld=\E\100\038\107\050\071:

and even THIS doesn't work.  Any clues?  This is frustrating, as
what I end up having to do is go into the files via Emacs/Mg and
replace all LF's with CR+LF's and THEN printing, and this DOES
work, but I shouldn't have to do this all the time!!!
