I am interested in whether I can use CD-ROM as a hard disk to store system files on
a 486 machine. For example running the unix operating system from CD-ROM. I know it is possible to store data, which can be read and write to but can it be used in
purpose of a hard disk. I am happy to hear any ideas
                                                Thanks
