No one wants to stop him from speaking, just make him do it in the proper
groups.  Look at that fucking list of groups in the header!  8 groups are
filled with this crap, and maybe only like 2-3 of them would have a marginal
interest, and on top of it, half his noise has nothing to do with QIC
devices.

Hey, I'm paying for a UUCP feed for myself and my users.  It may not seem
a lot to you guys who get it at school and such for free, but for
some of us it costs more than irritation.

I mean, come on.  Everyone wastes bandwidth once in a while.  No big
deal.  I don't get that upset normally, but this guy seems to be making a 
career out of it.

If he wants to rattle on and perform text masturbation over his
non-existant driver that's fine, but he should start his
own newsgroup that I can conveniently remove from my /usr/lib/news/sys
etcetcetcetc files.
