Sendmail 6.0 is still alpha.  I'm running it on tbird here, and it seems to be
running rather well.  However, I would not use it for anything I depend on
currently.

Sendmail 6.0 is REALLY nice compared to 5.x, and I would suggest using it once
it becomes beta or better.
