I went to extra care to make the patch kit availiable in both it's tarred
up form and as an expanded directory tree.  It seems that many people are
not reading the README.files file in each directory of the tree for the
patch kit.  This INDEX file is availible in no less than 4 directories!

Not in the form of a patch list, it is in the form of an cvs change log.
