The current patchkit is 0.2.3. You can find it at agate.berkeley.edu or
gatekeeper.dec.com and on many ftp-sites all over the world, i know
even at least one side in germany "bsd386.first.gmd.de", you can
reach this side with login "guest" and password "guest" for ftp
or rlogin.

Yes, the file INDEX-0.2.3 gives you an overview of the patches, but
it is enclosed in the patchkit.
