This is not true. I am using a ST02 card with a Maxtor LXT340 connected
to it
in a 386 system with one IDE drive (Maxtor 7120). The driver was posted
to the
net by Glen Overby (Hope I get his name right, and thanks by the way).

If you cannot find, and you need it, I can email it to you.
