All this seems to do is update booting information.

A while back, I had to put DOS back on a formerly 386bsd hard disk,
re-partitioned the disk, and re-formatted it, and ran sys.com on it.

It still wouldn't boot, so I ran fdisk /mbr, and after that it was
fine---All the partitioning and formatting had remained.
