I'm one of the two.  I'm adding target mode support now.

My reason for sitting on it, though not great, are that I'm not enamored
of the approach I took - cloning the SGI /dev/scsi.  I don't see much
advantage over Julian's data structures directly instead of the SGI ones.

Anyway, after I've added target mode and processor device I'll send it
out.  Target mode is working but only if both sides know how much will
be sent ahead of time.  Processor device is disjoint but easy to add.

Anyone who needs it right away holler.
