Rodney Grimes, the patchkit coordinator, requested codrv, which allows
national keyboard reconfiguration, for the next patchkit version, and
if all goes well, it will be in the patchkit-0.1.2.4. I believe that
the NetBSD people will integrate this as well.
(This also answers anothe posting in which a French keyboard layout was
asked for.)

Besides that (for all friends of other drivers): codrv is not the last
answer to the question, there is a console driver consorting forming now
to integrate the best of all drivers into one united console driver
(hopefully).
