Hi,

I seem to remember seeing a mention in an earlier patchkit that the scsi driver
had been modified to support the (cheaper) Adaptec 1522. I only need to drive
my tape drive, as my disk is on IDE, so it would seem a better option than
spending $500+ on the '1542b.

Did I see it or is it only wishful thinking?

Thanks,

Tony
