Ok, my brain isn't quite working.  I was inserting install disk 2 when I should
have just kept the boot disk in the drive.  Forgive me, I've been up all
night :-)

Anyway, I now have a working setup for NetBSD that's co-existing with DOS.
Maybe the NetBSD gang could provide a copy of pfdisk or another fdisk-like
utility?  The FDISK that comes with MS-DOS isn't very suitable for playing
around with this sort of stuff.
