Hello all..
I am trying to get our 486 to run 386bsd. So far I have been able to
install BSD and the latest version of patches. My problem comes
with the elite16 card that resides in the machine. After playing
with it for awhile I have been able to get the card to work with only
35% packet loss( this is with it configured x280 0D000 irq 5)...
as you can guess this is highly undesirable.

This is what I have been told so far:

*Set IRQ to 15
Reply- Got complete packet loss.

*Set the memory on the card to 8k
Reply- The conf program that came with the card won't let me.
But I did figure out the kernel was conf as though the card only
had 8k. Fixing this didn't help.

If this also helps. The 486 also has a trident video card with a megg in it.
And the machine has 16 megg of memory.

Any help would be greatly apprecieted.

  Brian
