The 1540x cards do not have the floppy interface on them; aside from
that, they are identical to the equivalent rev of 1542x. If you have
floppy on your motherboard (getting real common these days) you can
save a few $$$ on your SCSI card.

(Hopefully, the price of the 154xb will come down, now that it's a
discontinued product.)
