I try to use an Archive 2525 525Mb scsi streamer drive with 386bsd.
It is connected to an Adaptec 1542A (not B).
When I use the 'stock' as driver (patchkit 0.2.2) it kind of works,
apart from various error messages (controller error 12).

Using Julian's drivers, the st driver complains that 'write
filemark failed' when trying to cpio to the tape. Reading a tape
written on another machine (which can be read by the stock as driver
BTW) only yields '0x00's from the tape.

Anybody out there who succeeded in using such a streamer drive?
Any suggestions are most welcome

Wilko
