Summary: problem with ioctl
Keywords: ioctl SIOCSIFDSTADDR

I'm currently working with some source code that I have for a scripting
tip program with builtin slip attach stuff.....what I want to do is be able
to have root's cron smartly use a grep on ping to figure out if slip is down,
and if so....restart it....but when it gets all the way logged in and ready
to start its slip stuff it dies...with the following error:

	ioctl(SIOCSIFDSTADDR): Device not configured

Anyone have any ideas?

Matt
