XS3 does not work well with the S3 805 VLB card additionally several
S3 805 cards which  I have tested don't perform as fast as their
ISA counterparts. At this point you are better off with S3 801 cards
and when I get a good working version of an S3 928 card I will announce
it. 

If you shop around you can problably get an F1280 VA for about $140 :-)
