Humm, why do I have to send my $1000.00 to Xerox every time I buy a
new chunk of numbers.  You may be right about the IEEE having a non
public list.  And I don't know if Xerox will give you one, I had one
once that was supplied by Excelan, but it had a Xerox copyright on it.

I'm going to dig into this one and see if I can find a "public" or
low cost copy.
