This is intended to come in codrv, but it is not so easy, unless you rely
on the Xserver doing the context save/restore. This is the way ISC and other
SVRs do that, but it will certainly cause trouble if the Xserver hangs for
some reasons and you just want to switch to another VTY to kill the server.
I am currently working on a solution to avoid this problem.
