Look on ftp.cayman.com in pub/users/386bsd.  Everything you need is in
the tar file there.  Note this was done on 0.1 but before patchkit 0.2.1.
I doubt there is any overlap,  but you never know.  (I added 0.2.1 on top
of my multicast kernel and think it worked fine).

I tested this the LBL multicast for SunOS 4.1.x.  I have not tested it
with Solaris 2.1, but plan to.
