I used gcc-2.3.3 to upgrade to patchkit 0.2.1, so I assumed it would continue
to work on the 0.2.2 patchkit, as I've used it previously to compile all the
usr.bin and usr.sbin utilities, as well as kernels  ... Apologies to all.
