I recently grabbed the 15MB scheme-7.2.tar.z file from alpha.gnu.ai.mit.edu,
and tried to install the program, to little avail.

Uncompressing it and extracting the tar file created a bunch of directories
including a bin one and a lib one.

If I switched into the bin directory and type:

scheme -library ../lib OR
scheme -library /src2/scheme-7.2/lib (This is where the lib is)

It bitches and dies because of some -band problem, and it can't find
runtime.com

Looking for a file called runtime.com ANYWHERE in the tree created by this
tar file fails, except for the one sym-link in lib to /usr/local/lib/mit-scheme
which doesn't really help, since said file doesn't exist.

There doesn't appear to be all the source with this package for me to rebuild
things.

Does anybody know what it would take to:

a> Get this up and running asap...?
b> Get all the source so that I may build the packag myself...?

Thanks a bunch!

Toodlepip!
