When installing "bindist", "etcdist", and "srcdist", I seem to have
trouble with "extract".

After a nice clean "install" with Tiny 386BSD, and "loadfd" followed
by "extract bin01", I reboot (first copying "extract" to /bin).
So far, so good - I have a nice clean system.

NOW THE PROBLEM: After I "mread" the "etcdist" to /tmp I do
"extract etc01". All goes well until the end
                  when I get:

 'Final Installation:
  /tmp/install.etc01: Can't open /tmp/install.etc01
extract: Cannot execute installation script of distribution, failed'

I did "chmod 777 /tmp" to no avail. Any wisdom imparted greatly
appreciated!!
