A floppy driver with support for disklabeling and formatting... :-)
I think someone (maybe even a group of someones) is working on this [Jesus
Montroy, Jr., if memory serves]

You might be able to use dd to write a disklabel from the fixit (or something
like that).  I haven't tried it (too lazy).
