David,

   Yes, it is possible...  However someone would have to write 
device drivers and modify the kernel to support Micro Channel.  
Since very few non corporate or university entities who would be 
interested in running 386BSD own Micro Channel based machines, it 
is unlikely to happen anytime soon, especially since the PS/2 is 
just not cost effective for most people.
