	You might be perfectly correct in your criticisms of the way patches are
	issued, and the latency times and the like. For the price, I will
	settle for 386bsd, and I know of several others in this category.

	Patch-kit workers, please keep up your good work.

Charles has some valid points though - just because we're giving our
efforts away doesn't make them above criticism.  If you can send me
reasoned suggestions, I promise that I'll always give them a receptive
ear.  Vitriol and flames (of which I'm not accusing Charles) I can,
however, do without and will probably ignore.
