You probably want:

alpha.gnu.ai.mit.edu:/386bsd/README
			     PATCHES/patch.3
			     gcc-2.3.3.tar.z

Note that this copy of GCC contains an important change--adding
HANDLE_SYSV_PRAGMA.  Without this, the kernel will build but not work
correctly.
