Is there any way to get Julian's drivers to send a startup command to
disks on the bus? I have to use standard mode to boot, and so I can't
set the BIOS on the 1740 to fire off the startup command to a DEC RZ25,
and I don't want to change anything on the drive.

Any hints appreciated.
