No.

The 0.2 people are talking about is the version number of the unofficial
patchkit for 386bsd 0.1. For 386bsd 0.2 to arrive: May I remind people
discussing this topic that prior to the arrival of 0.2 there are supposed to be
official patches to 0.1 (as opposed to unofficial patches) and that those
patches are supposed to go into the patches/ directory.
