Just trying to ascertain (discretely, if possible -- but guess not) if the mwm
etc. that is available is 'legal'.

What I meant was, I was under the impression that you could only get licensed
by OSF for Motif runtime and/or source. Is it 'legal' to get from somone's
'port'. Anyone who has access to Motif sources can compile it under any
OS/X environment (thus 'porting' it), but that does not make it licensed by
OSF nor are they at liberty to pass it on. At least, that's the way it works
at my company. We have source and object for Motif to produce our applications,
but are not at liberty to use it for any other purpose. We resell mwm, for
instance, with all the appropriate copyrights under OSF license for the purpose
of our customers being able to use our applications. Is Enrico licensed by
OSF and allowed to resell under this license?

I have access to Motif libraries/executables/sources at work, but I cannot
download it (legally) to my 386bsd and build/use it.
