I've specified the nameserver in the resolve.conf file, and the proper ifconfig and route statements are in the netstart files, but domain names remain a problem when specified on the command line using ping, telnet, etc. It will only recognize IP address. I know the nameserver is functioning because I can specify the nameserver IP address on a nslookup command, and it works fine.
